You will be responsible for introducing financial solutions to SMEs, generating leads, and arranging appointments for the corporate banking team.
This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential SME clients to promote corporate loan products from a Singapore bank.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly and professionally.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Relationship Manager / Corporate Loan team.
Maintain an updated database of prospects and follow up on leads promptly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs.
Provide accurate and timely updates on customer interactions in CRM or reporting sheets.
Build rapport with clients to encourage interest and long-term business engagement.
Stay informed on product updates, loan requirements, and relevant banking guidelines.

At least 1 year of telemarketing / telesales experience
(preferably in finance, insurance, banking, or corporate solutions).
Strong
English-speaking
skills; additional languages are a bonus.
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Able to work independently and meet KPIs.
Basic computer literacy and ability to manage records efficiently.
