Position Overview

We are seeking

a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer

to support our sales efforts by connecting with potential customers, promoting products or services, and setting appointments or closing sales over the phone. In this role, you'll play a vital part in generating leads, building rapport with prospects, and supporting the overall sales process.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or phone-based sales

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification

. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace. Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and follow structured call processes. Ability to work independently and collaborate with the sales team when required.

Task and Duties

Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or call lists. Present and explain ISW's products and services clearly and professionally. Qualify leads, handle basic inquiries, and identify opportunities for sales or follow-up. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Record call activities, responses, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and promotions. Provide customer feedback and insights to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Maintain a positive brand image and deliver a professional customer experience during all calls.
