About the Client
Established in 2007, our client is a premium multi-asset online brokerage with headquarters in London and Sydney and offices in the Asia-Pacific, South America. They provide quick and easy access to a wide range of markets including Forex, Precious Metals, shares, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, commodities and more.
Responsibilities

• Cold-call people using a given phone directory to sell products
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
• Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companies reputation
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese
• Basic English proficiency
• Customer-centric
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferably a Permanent Resident in Malaysia or a Malaysian spouse visa holder
• Currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Remuneration
Basic salary up to MYR 4,000
