We're looking for a proactive and persuasive Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our growing team legal and advisor services. You'll play a vital role in helping connect potential clients, by qualifying leads and setting appointment.



This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven remote environment and enjoys meaningful conversations that lead to real impact.



Roles and Responsibilities:



i) Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products, services, promotions, or events.



ii) Generate leads, set appointments, and update customer interest in CRM or call logs accurately.



iii) Handle customer queries professionally and redirect complex enquiries to the sales team.



iv) Keep detailed records of calls, customer feedback, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes.



v) Maintain a positive brand image through polite, respectful, and service-oriented communication.



vi) Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment handover and conversion.
