Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with leads generated from ads (call/WhatsApp). Engage prospects and identify their interest, needs, and readiness. Convert warm leads into appointments or sales (depending on campaign). Manage and update lead records via CRM / Google Sheets. Provide daily and weekly reports on lead status & conversions. Handle basic product enquiries and overcome objections using prepared scripts. Collaborate with marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance.

Requirements

Minimum SPM. Diploma is an advantage. Good communication skills (Bahasa Melayu & basic English). Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups & handling objections. Experience in telemarketing / customer service / sales is an added advantage. Positive attitude, target-driven and able to work fast with incoming leads.
