WHAT YOU'LL DO:



Conduct compelling calls to various organisations to establish and maintain connections. Identify and generate leads within targeted businesses. Ensure the quality of leads provided to the sales team by conducting thorough research and verification. Maintain an organised database of quality leads to facilitate efficient sales processes. Monitor the progress of leads and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team. Coordinate efforts between our sales team and our clients to maintain strong lead pipelines. Track the conversion rates of leads to sales on a weekly basis. Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:



Proven experience as an Outbound Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients. Adaptability, Resilience to handle setbacks and customer rejections. and a deep hunger to improve. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. If you have a keen interest in leveraging technology to create distinctive propositions for the Malaysian market and enhancing the efficiency of insurance processes, we would like to hear from you.
