Call customer for insurance and road tax renewal.
Suggest car insurance and road tax package.
To retrieve important details from customer to generate quotations & to complete the sales process.
Replying emails & do follow up for any related documents.
Assist in customer inquiries and other related issues.
To achieve monthly sales quota set by management.
Job Requirements:
1 year or less of experience in telemarketing or sales.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Applicants who have experiences as outbound call center agents in insurance and banking industries are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must be able to converse and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably candidate with strong marketing and sales skill.
Willing to work hard to earn high commission.
Basic salary + allowances + commission.
Training will be provided.
