• Experience: Preferably with tele-marketing experience.
• Education: Diploma holder.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic data entry.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, persuasive, patient, persistent, urgent, and disciplined.
• Languages: Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Tele-Marketer, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing division, working closely with the Head of Department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Contacting Leads: Engage with marketing leads via phone calls and WhatsApp, providing basic information on their swimming pool inquiries.
• Setting Appointments: Aim to secure visitation appointments with potential clients.
• Lead Nurturing: Maintain and nurture relationships with leads showing interest but not yet ready to proceed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Google Sheets for data entry and record-keeping.
• Effectively communicate in WhatsApp groups.
• Persuade and motivate potential clients to set appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve department goals.
