Responsibilities:

Proactively contact potential customers via outbound calls to promote company products or services. Explain product benefits, address customer inquiries, and close sales deals. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets. Follow up on potential customer needs and provide professional advice. Record customer feedback and update the CRM system. Accurately log call details and sales outcomes. Regularly submit sales performance reports.

Requirements:

No prior experience required (paid training provided). SPM/UEC qualification or higher. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Resilient under pressure and able to meet sales targets. Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, CRM systems). Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
