Job Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to expand clientele by answering requests in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma
• Proficient in English or Bahasa Malaysia
• A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive.
• The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Outbound calls to inquiries regarding to an advertisement
• Use scripts to provide information about product\'s features and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer\'s requirements
• Record the customer\'s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company\'s reputation
• Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
• You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to attend an event or to visit the sales gallery to buy a product.
• You must be able to understand the customer\'s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
