Requirements :

Minimum education: High School Diploma (Diploma/Bachelor's degree is a plus). Strong communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking ability. Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure. Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM systems, etc.). Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome. Confidence and good voice tone when speaking on the phone. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly motivated.
Qualifications :

Make outbound calls:

Contact potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or campaigns.

Generate leads and sales:

Persuade customers to purchase products, schedule appointments, or secure donations, often by using a sales script.

Build customer relationships:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and build rapport through persuasive communication.

Provide information:

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing, and answer any customer questions or concerns.

Manage customer data:

Record customer information, track call outcomes, and maintain contact lists using a computerized system or CRM software.

Handle objections:

Address and overcome customer concerns to influence buying decisions.

Conduct surveys:

Gather information through customer surveys to gauge satisfaction or market research.

Meet targets:

Work to achieve specific goals or quotas for sales and calls.
