  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Create interest in MT products and services by highlighting the customer\'s benefits.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Call on customers to advise them of available products and services offerings.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products and services.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services and be able to articulate their features and benefits to customers.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Entry of sales leads for external sales pursuit; and pursuit of select open leads for closure.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualify sales leads by assessing need, budget, and buying authority.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Obtain basic qualifying information including (but not limited to) time frame for purchase, decision maker(s), budget, influencing factors, and next step in the sales process.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective nurturing of leads; building relationships by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales-ready.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist manager and senior management by providing monthly updates about recurring business issues that require a proactive approach, or trends that suggest alternate sales offers or approaches.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for duties associated with the management of account and contact information within the CRM system.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Track all outbound and inbound calls in SAP and capture specific customer and product details related to the call.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for actively driving revenue by engaging in planned and agreed to direct sales.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness and ability to back up other divisions when called upon.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet daily/weekly/monthly call quotas as set by management.

  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiative -innovative ways for driving revenue through telemarketing activities.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 A proactive approach to interpreting the customer\'s requirements and assist in addressing the customer\'s needs.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Decision-making - Ability to make confident and reasoned decisions in the execution of the telemarketing functions. Decision making authority includes when and how to involve other departments and teams to ensure that targeted campaigns are achieving expected results.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Focus - Establish and maintain an open, professional and efficient means of communication with all customers, both internal and external.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Work/Cross-Functional Effectiveness - Ability to work effectively and efficiently with other team members to achieve common goals in a highly variable and often stressful customer call-service environment.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Professionalism - Display and demonstration at all times in one\'s mode of speech, dress, and personal behavior. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Time Management - Successful management of one\'s own time in order to maximize efficiencies and workload output. Ability to prioritize work flow on a daily basis. Ability to effectively plan and organize work responsibilities.
What You Need To Succeed
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma / Bachelor or equivalent.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexibility to work during Odd Hours and Public Holiday.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Good focus on details.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 High level of enthusiasm.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent customer service skills - listening and communication skills.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent ability with web and electronic tools.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Competency using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other general PC skills.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 SAP experience would be a plus.
