Job Description


Location: Current office in Shah Alam but will relocate to PJ Working Hours: US Night Shift Mode: First 6 Months - WFH, after 6 Months - WFO Your Tasks (We Welcomes Fresh Graduate to Apply!) . Create interest in MT products and services by highlighting the customer\'s benefits. . Call on customers to advise them of available products and services offerings. . Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products and services. . Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services and be able to articulate their features and benefits to customers. . Entry of sales leads for external sales pursuit and pursuit of select open leads for closure. . Qualify sales leads by assessing need, budget, and buying authority. . Obtain basic qualifying information including (but not limited to) time frame for purchase, decision maker(s), budget, influencing factors, and next step in the sales process. . Effective nurturing of leads building relationships by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales-ready. . Assist manager and senior management by providing monthly updates about recurring business issues that require a proactive approach, or trends that suggest alternate sales offers or approaches. . Responsible for duties associated with the management of account and contact information within the CRM system. . Track all outbound and inbound calls in SAP and capture specific customer and product details related to the call. . Responsible for actively driving revenue by engaging in planned and agreed to direct sales. . Willingness and ability to back up other divisions when called upon. . Meet daily/weekly/monthly call quotas as set by management. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities . Initiative -innovative ways for driving revenue through telemarketing activities. . A proactive approach to interpreting the customer\'s requirements and assist in addressing the customer\'s needs. . Decision-making - Ability to make confident and reasoned decisions in the execution of the telemarketing functions. Decision making authority includes when and how to involve other departments and teams to ensure that targeted campaigns are achieving expected results. . Customer Focus - Establish and maintain an open, professional and efficient means of communication with all customers, both internal and external. . Team Work/Cross-Functional Effectiveness - Ability to work effectively and efficiently with other team members to achieve common goals in a highly variable and often stressful customer call-service environment. . Professionalism - Display and demonstration at all times in one\'s mode of speech, dress, and personal behavior. Ability to work with minimal supervision. . Time Management - Successful management of one\'s own time in order to maximize efficiencies and workload output. Ability to prioritize work flow on a daily basis. Ability to effectively plan and organize work responsibilities. What You Need To Succeed . Diploma / Bachelor or equivalent. . Fluent in English (written and spoken). . Flexibility to work during Odd Hours and Public Holiday. . Good focus on details. . High level of enthusiasm. . Excellent customer service skills - listening and communication skills. . Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player. . Excellent ability with web and electronic tools. . Competency using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other general PC skills. . Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. . SAP experience would be a plus. Our Offer to You .
