Requirements
As a Telemarketing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales via outbound calls to a targeted list of prospects, and sharing training and consulting packages to prospect by all communication channels.
This job requires you perform the following:

• Promote training courses offered by SW Project Consulting Sdn Bhd
• Initiating and conducting outbound calls to generate new sales leads and convert them into training or consulting sales
• Proven experience in outbound phone calling, telemarketing, or indoor sales
• Ability to effectively invite prospects to attend training seminar / webinar
• Responsible, Proactive, Positive attitude and a passion for telemarketing
• Experience from training provider environment would be an added advantage
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Work in a supportive office setting-no face-to-face or outdoor sales required
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the company's Customer Relationship Management System.
• Attend trade exhibitions as part of business development efforts to source new leads.
• Assist in training co-ordination (including in the hotel in Klang Valley and office)
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and strategies

Responsibilities

• Calling customers and potential customers on daily basis
• Searching potential leads through social media and search engine
• Visiting trade exhibition to get potential leads from the exhibitors and participants
