About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic

Customer Service & Telemarketing Executive

to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers -- handling inquiries, coordinating services, and promoting our battery products. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, social media, and email. Promote company products and services to potential and existing customers. Assign and monitor delivery/service riders using the company's system. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Prospect and develop new customers through calls, referrals, and networking. Work closely with branch teams for smooth daily operations. Support marketing campaigns through outbound calls and promotions. Maintain product knowledge and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of working experience

(telemarketing experience is an advantage). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

, social media platforms, and basic e-commerce tools. Able to speak and write fluently in

Malay, English, and Mandarin

. Willing to work

on shift rotation (including midnight shifts)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
