Telemarketing Executive

You'll play a key role in promoting our products and services, reaching new customers, and contributing to the company's growth in a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to promote company products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales. Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.

Requirements

Experience in

telemarketing, telesales, or customer service

is an advantage.

Fresh graduates

are encouraged to apply (training provided). Strong communication skills in

Bahasa Malaysia and English

(Mandarin is a plus). Confident, target-driven, and motivated to achieve results. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
