Job Responsibilities & Job Requirements:



Sales via Phone: Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable financial solution and goals. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet individual and team sales goals through effective phone communication. Product Knowledge: Master and accurately introduce loan products to customers. Record and Report: Accurately track call details and report progress and sales data to the supervisor. Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure, and a team player. Punctual and reliable. Telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required.


What We Offer:
