Job Details

Position: Sales / Telesales / Telemarketing Executive
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000 + Attractive Commission (1% - 2.5%, uncapped)
Location: Sungai Tangkas, Kajang (light travel required)

Working Days & Hours:

Monday - Friday | 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM Saturday | 8.30 AM - 12.30 PM

We are seeking a Sales / Telesales / Telemarketing Executive to join our team.
If you are persuasive, target-driven, and passionate about building relationships while achieving sales growth, this is your opportunity to shine!

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and driving revenue through excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

1) Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential and existing customers to introduce products or services.

2) Product Presentation: Explain features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

3) Customer Handling: Address inquiries and resolve objections professionally.

4) Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

5) Sales Activity Tracking: Record accurate sales activities and updates in the system.

6) Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) At least

1 year of experience

in sales, telesales, or telemarketing.
2) Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
3) Comfortable working with telephone systems, email, and messaging tools.
4) Self-driven and results-oriented.
