, delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance for our clients in the healthcare supplements industry.


Position


Telemarketing Executive (Malay English, Remote Work)





Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases


Confidently present, promote, and sell products and services using strong persuasive communication techniques


Meet and exceed set sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis


Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and other referral sources


Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers to foster repeat business


Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities


Job Requirements


Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing is mandatory


Background in sales of banking, insurance, health & beauty products is highly advantageous


Track record of achieving sales targets via phone-based selling


Familiar with using computer systems and CRM tools


Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


Resilient, goal-driven, and able to handle rejections professionally


Good organizational and time-management skills


Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent

Full-time, remote work


5 days per week


Salary


Basic Salary: Up to RM2,300
