BRIEF DETAILS ABOUT THIS ROLE :

Make outbound calls to customers to offer promotions, plans, and services. Educate customers on the benefits of our mobile, broadband, and digital solutions. Use your communication skills to upsell, cross-sell or retain customers -- every call is a new opportunity! Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs -- and enjoy the rewards that come with smashing your targets! Accurately update customer info and feedback into our system -- we're all about keeping it clean and clear.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:

You must have an SPM/Diploma or Degree. Excellent & Outstanding Communication Skills in English & Bahasa. You must have at least 1 Years of experience in the service industry and Sales. We preferred someone with sales experience in the contact center, marketing or sales promoter You must be confident, sales-driven individuals with impressive character

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
