Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in Selangor, where innovation meets excellence.As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executive to provide unrivalled support to our clients in the healthcare supplements industry.Position

• Telemarketing Executive - Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
• Present, promote, and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.
• Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and cross-sell products/services.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with minimum 1 year as telemarketer or similar sales & marketing. Experience in selling banking products, health & beauty and insurance is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a high level of resilience.
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• SPM and above

Salary

• Basic Up to RM2800
• Commission Pay Up to RM5000
