Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia languages is a must. Fluency in Mandarin is an additional asset, enhancing your candidacy and opening avenues for diverse communication

Responsibilities

• Prospects list sourcing - Internet, directories, exhibitions, References and any other related media & literatures.
• Call list preparation - prospect details including location, business activities, background, production information, revenue, etc., Pre-screening of potential prospects
• Prospect / customer database maintenance - Input & update prospects details into Back office database
• Make outbound calls to the generated prospects list, call-in enquiries, sales leads from Sales Department and any other sources to introduce and promote our wide array of automated industrial marking and coding solutions.
• Sales appointment scheduling for Sales engineers for successful calls.
• Follow-up tasks after calling i.e. Send products information, samples to prospective customers via mail, email, etc.
• To conduct marketing researches of Vertical markets.
• Maintain the marketing materials, records, photos and videos and may assist in marketing
