Requirements

• SPM and above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Fluent and confident in communicating in English & Malay
• Confidence in doing outbound call (outgoing calls to customers)
• Good communication skills in persuading the customer

Responsibilities

• Performing outbound call to the potential customer (Telco Customer) according to the provided listing
• Promoting new plans (postpaid/prepaid)
• Explaining the benefits and details to the customer
• Persuading the customer to upgrade/change their current plan

Working timing

• 5 working days (Monday to Friday)
• 9am - 6pm
• Enjoying weekends and Public Holiday (Not require to work)

Working location

• Working location: Menara Tokio Marine Life, No. 189, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur
• Beside Ampang Park MRT Station (Walking Distance)
• Opposite Hampshire Office & Intermark Mall
