Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Follow up with leads and maintain good customer relationships. Achieve daily/weekly sales and call targets. Record and update customer information accurately. Assist in preparing simple reports and sales updates.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent. Confident in communication (Malay & English). Experience in telemarketing or customer service is an added advantage. Positive attitude, target-driven, and eager to learn.
