Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services
Explain product features, promotions, and benefits clearly to customers
Set appointments for the sales team
Update customer information and call records in the system
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales or confirm meetings
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Good communication and persuasion skills
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Able to work independently and in a team
Working Day:
Monday to Friday
Working Hour
: 9am-6pm
