Job Responsibilities:

Meet sales targets, key performance indicators, call quality benchmarks, and operational requirements. Identify and maximize opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Handle customer enquiries confidently and follow up promptly to ensure closure. Convert bank-generated leads into sales through structured telemarketing activities Conduct calls in full compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal Quality Assurance standards. Highlight potential issues or risks and share best practices in risk management.

Job Requirements :

Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification. Prior experience in Direct Selling/MLM marketing encouraged to apply Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI, and HI are added advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in handling outbound calls and customer interactions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to respond efficiently to enquiries; meticulous in documentation and follow-up tasks

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
