\xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively engage targeted customers via outbound/inbound sales enquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the assigned market segments, to promote and provide value added services as well as solution selling to customer with the support of our in-house experts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep a consistent number of outbound calls & talk time per day following targets set. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enter and update customer information in the database. Job Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have a minimum of SPM / Diploma / Degree with 2 years of experience in telemarketing field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work on rotational shift and on weekend. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to be based in UOA Business Park. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferable to have own transportation. Other benefits: \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic Salary: up to RM2,400.
