Job Description
- Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Tele-sales experience (making sales via call out) and Fresh Graduate are most welcome.
- Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business.
- Can start immediately or with short notice
The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing. What will you do as a telesales agent at IQI:
- Call to consult and convince customers to set appt viewing show room
- Daily Working Hour From 10am - 6pm , OT can get more sales / commission
- Daily 150 - 200 leads calling
- Update daily activity thru company system
- Understand product knowledge : LCDAP (Location Concept Developer Accessibility Package)
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed
- Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer\'s desire to be able to give accurate advice
- Selling skills, closing sales
