About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organized Telemarketing Support Officer for contacting potential and existing customers to promote company products or services, generate leads, and support the sales team. The role involves building customer relationships over the phone, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Education:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in any related field.
Experience:
No experience & Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
Experienced in telemarketing or customer service is advantage.
Skills:
Strong communication and persuasive skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
Confident speaking over the phone with a positive, professional tone.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Excel).
Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive mindset.
Others:
Willing to work weekends or extended hours when necessary.
