Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in a relevant field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain telephone systems effectively.
• Capable of performing technical troubleshooting and hardware repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to work remotely and independently, based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional
• Provide accurate information to callers regarding company services, products,
• Troubleshoot basic telephone system issues, such as call forwarding, voicemail setup, and phone malfunctions, escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical support team.
• Monitor and maintain the telecommunications equipment, performing routine checks
• Ensure all telephone systems are functioning optimally, performing regular maintenance and promptly addressing any technical difficulties to minimize disruptions.
