Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Contact potential and existing customers by phone to inform them of their company\'s products, services and offers

\xc2\xb7 Answering questions about products or the company

\xc2\xb7 Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

\xc2\xb7 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

\xc2\xb7 Enter and update customer information in the database

\xc2\xb7 Take and process orders in an accurate manner

\xc2\xb7 Handle grievances to preserve the company\'s reputation

\xc2\xb7 Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

\xc2\xb7 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

\xc2\xb7 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of English

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

\xc2\xb7 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

\xc2\xb7 High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
