• Prior experience in tele sales , telemarketing , customer service , sales , promoter or a similar role.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia
• Individuals that are young and energetic
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Preference for Work from Home or Remote Office Locations KL, Selangor
• Must have own Mobile Handphone device.
• Must have own Laptop, Computer or Tablet
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify potential clients.
• Utilize various lead sources to identify new business opportunities.
• All leads and client contacts are provided.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for further engagement.
• Develop a deep understanding of our [products/services] and their benefits.
• Clearly communicate product features, advantages, and unique selling points to potential clients.
• Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
• Tailor product presentations to demonstrate how our solutions meet client requirements.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
• Nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales target.
• Track and report on sales performance using RM tools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the shared client information system.
