- Possess a Diploma/Degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Friendly, confident, and good at talking to people.
- Goal-driven and motivated to hit targets.
- Basic knowledge of banking or finance is a plus (training provided).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Promote and offer the company's financial services, mainly assisting customers with bank loan applications.
- Find and connect with new customers through calls and referrals.
- Follow up on applications and make sure customers get a smooth experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotions and campaigns
