Responsibilities
Handle customer feedback via the phone provided by the company.
Explain details and assist in the government personal loan application process (Bahasa Malaysia-language script provided).
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
No need to source your own customers; just assist existing customers.
No need to meet customers in person.
Not involved in licensed money lending, insurance, or debt collection.
Benefits
Basic salary: RM2000 + Full attendance incentive: RM200.
Commissions: RM1000 - RM2500 (per case), totaling up to RM7000 per month.
