Requirements

• Possess minimum SPM or above
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin. Hokkien speakers would be an advantage. You will deal with Taiwanese clients.
• Able to speak in English & Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with paid users via phone and online, offering regular one-on-one learning support.
• Track user learning, provide feedback, resolve issues, and help achieve learning goals.
• Improve renewal rates, complete work plans and monthly sales tasks, and update the student database.
• Boost customer satisfaction, grow customer base, and encourage referrals.
• Join meetings and training, complete daily sales reports, and handle additional tasks as assigned.
• Perform any other tasks related to the role as directed by the company.
