Role Overview

Telesales Executives

to be part of our dynamic sales team. The role focuses on reaching out to potential customers by phone and offering a range of banking and financial products. If you enjoy building rapport, working towards targets, and celebrating your wins, this could be your next career move.

Main Duties

Make outbound calls to promote and explain financial/banking solutions. Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Drive conversions by closing sales and meeting weekly KPIs. Keep customer data up-to-date in the company system.

Candidate Profile

Minimum

Diploma qualification

with at least

2 years of telesales experience

. Possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent communication skills with a persuasive edge. Target-driven, positive, and resilient under pressure. Basic proficiency in computer usage.
