Job Description

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficient in using RM software and other sales tools.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Deliver scripted sales pitches to customers and adjust when necessary.
• Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions accurately.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Record customer information, interactions, and sales in the RM system.
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product improvements.
