Job Description

:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote iMotorbike's products and services. Understand customer needs and provide relevant information to influence purchasing decisions. Follow up on leads inquiries, and previous interactions to close deals. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system. Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.Cultivate and sustain relationships with former clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals. Deliver exceptional support by promptly, warmly, and professionally resolving questions and concerns. Proactively communicate with prospective sellers via phone to explore their interest in selling or purchasing motorcycles. Meticulously record all transaction details, such as sales agreements and seller data.

Job Requirements:

Achieve at least Diploma certificate. Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work flexible hours, depending on shift requirements
