Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Senior Executive - Telemarketing & HR Sourcing

to lead and drive our outbound telemarketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record of achieving targets. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive tele-calling and follow-up. Also, you will be responsible in expanding the Telemarketing Team by doing recruitments, interviews and etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers based on lead lists, referrals, and campaigns. Explain products or services to prospects clearly and persuasively to generate interest or leads. Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell. Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM systems. Follow up on warm leads and re-engage dormant prospects. Provide feedback on call scripts, lead quality, and customer objections to improve strategies. Mentor and support junior telecallers. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates from job portals, databases, or referral lists. Pre-screen candidates by phone to assess basic qualifications, interest level, and availability. Maintain and update candidate information and call logs in internal databases or ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and follow-ups. Assist in building and maintaining a candidate pipeline for various roles. Provide daily and weekly sourcing reports to the HR team. Promote the company's job opportunities, culture, and employer brand during calls. Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or related). 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or inside sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle objections and work under pressure. Experience using CRM software or call management tools. Fluency in Malay
