Customer Retention Specialist (Telesales)
Location: Glenmarie, Shah Alam
Employment Type: Part-Time Contract (6 months, renewable)

What You'll Do:
Call existing fibre broadband customers to prevent termination and retain services.
Negotiate options, handle concerns, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Educate customers on service plans, promotions, and competitive pricing.
Resolve escalations quickly and provide internal feedback to improve retention.
Work closely with the sales team and other departments on loyalty initiatives.
What We're Looking For
SPM / Diploma holder.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-driven and detail-oriented.
Sales/telesales experience is an advantage.
Comfortable working on rotational shifts.
