Requirements

• Diploma in any field.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Must be able to work onsite in Wangsa Maju.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via telephone to present and sell company products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing any questions or concerns effectively.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the sales manager.
• Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
