Job description 1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service. 2. Explain the product or service to a potential customer 3. Handle customer questions 4. Record customer details (e.g., Company name, address, and others) 5. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. 6. Create lasting relationships with customers and use them to generate repeat sales 7. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirements 1. Required language(s): English/Malay/Chinese 2. Minimum SPM holder 3. Minimum 1-year experience in a related field 4. Excellent communication skills, creative thinking skills, and good sales ability.
