Ekiwi is a top-rank direct sales company in South-East Asia, we are in Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia with a global team of over 800 people. We create and sell beauty-related and pharmaceutical products via our E-commerce platform channels. Currently we are looking for Telesales candidates to join our sales team that based in Mont Kiara, KL. Candidates who wish to improve their sales skills, communication skills as well as increase their income significantly then this is what we can offer. Salary Package : Basic + Commission + Parking Allowance Working Hours : Rotation basis included weekend & public Holiday Job Responsibilities: The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing. What will you do as a telesales agent at Ekiwi? Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data). Manage / store customer information on the company system Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed What we expect from candidates Required skills: Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer\'s desire to be able to give accurate advice Selling skills, closing sales Ability to handle The ability to grasp customer psychology Ability to work independently and in a team - Attitude and qualities: Honesty, enthusiasm for work Passion for making money; Perseverance, determination to learn non-stop \xe2\x9c\x93 Love consulting and sales work Job requirements : Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Tele-sales experience (making sales via call out) and Fresh Graduate are most welcome. Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business.
