What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for engaging existing fibre broadband customers Retain customers considering service termination Educate on pricing, promotions, and loyalty benefits Handle concerns and resolve issues promptly Provide feedback to improve retention strategies Support cross-functional teams on loyalty initiatives Work on shifts

What We're Looking For

Diploma/SPM qualification Excellent customer service & communication skills No experience needed Sales or CRM experience is a plus

Pay: Up to RM1,500.00 per month
