MohonKelayakanJob Overview:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Tele-Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.Qualifications:Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a tele-sales representative or similar sales role.
  • Experience in the industry relevant to the company\'s products/services is a plus.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
  • Proficiency in using RM software and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

TanggungjawabOutbound Sales Calls:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to address any concerns.
Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company\'s products/services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Sales Documentation:
  • Accurately record sales activities and customer interactions in the RM system/Excel records.
  • Prepare and send sales proposals and contracts.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
Customer Feedback:
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Salary: RM2000 - RM2500 plus incentiveWorking Conditions:
  • in-office position.
  • Standard work hours are Monday till Friday; 9am - 6pm, and 9am - 1pm for last Saturday of each month (Puchong, Selangor\'s office) and Monday till Friday; 8.30am - 6pm (Kluang, Johor\'s office), but flexibility may be required.
