Job Description
Role : Telesales Agent (Malay and English speaker) Type : 1 year contract (Renewable based on performance) Location : Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya (Nearby LRT Asia Jaya) Working Days : 5.5 days a week (Monday- Sunday) Working hours: Rotation Shift Shift A : 9am-6pm Shift B : 12pm - 9pm Salary : Basic RM2,100 to RM2,700 (based on experience level) + Sales commission Interview type : Online (1 stage only) Job Responsibilities: Responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing. Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data). Manage / store customer information on the company system Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed interested candidate can share resume over email [HIDDEN TEXT]
