Part-Time Telesales (Customer Retention)

. In this role, you'll be calling existing customers to encourage them to continue enjoying our services.
What you'll do:
Call customers who are considering cancellation and persuade them to keep their service.
Listen to customer concerns and offer solutions or better packages.
Share information on promotions, benefits, and loyalty rewards.
Ensure every customer feels valued and supported.
What we're looking for:
SPM or Diploma holder (students are welcome).
No experience required
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
Friendly, persuasive, and customer-focused
