Job Responsibility Tiktok Shop Live Host (RM2300 basic + RM1200 fixed allowance + Full Attendance Bonus RM500 + Sales Commission) Tasks Include Conducting live product explanations on TikTok Shop. Displaying and demonstrating products for sale, introducing customers to their features and usage, and stimulating purchasing interest. Answering questions and providing advice on the use of products. Expanding the customer base and maintaining good relationships with customers. Selling products or guiding customers to sales personnel. Accepting orders and arranging payment, delivery, and receipt. Providing sample products and distributing catalogs and advertising materials. Assisting in short video shoots; some products may require on-camera presence. Job Requirements Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply. Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details Ability to work independently. Positive attitude and responsible character. Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service. Prior working experience will be an added advantage. Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill. Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
