Job Description
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Freshers will be trained.
- Perform currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their queries and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Handle cash, balance tills, and maintain records of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Bank Negara Malaysia regulations, and anti-money laundering laws.
- Maintain security of cash and confidentiality of customer information.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Report any discrepancies, suspicious activities, or issues to the supervisor.
