As a Teller / Frontliner, you'll be the face of Infinity Exchange. You'll handle currency exchange transactions, assist walk-in customers, and ensure all operations follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Serve and assist customers in buying and selling foreign currencies.
Handle cash accurately and maintain proper transaction records.
Perform daily opening, balancing, and closing duties.
Follow AML/CFT and company compliance procedures.
Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Report any discrepancies or unusual transactions to the Branch Manager or Operations team.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Basic math and communication skills.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in money exchange, banking, or retail is an added advantage (training provided for fresh candidates).
Malaysian citizens and PR holders can apply.
